Unusual French "roll" end 2 seater sofa in the louis style. Lovely serpentine rail across the front and back with a high central "scalloped" carving. The ends of the sofa have the rolling "sleigh" ends. Not 100% sure about this, but it looks to be made in walnut. Newly upholstered in the embriodered silk.

This is a super quality French late C19th solid mahogany open armchair, Empire style. It is in great condition, we have just upholstered it with this embroidered silk which, we think, looks great! The chair is well carved and proportioned. Certainly useable for an everyday chair, or as a decorative feature piece.

a7719 Inlaid chest

A good example of a French inlaid chest of drawers with "bombe" sides and ormolu mounts aswell as its original marble top. These are very decorative pieces and look fantastic as "stand alone" pieces, but ewqually, the two drawers are deep so can be used for good storage too. This is slightly earlier than the more average pieces, circa 1890. The sides of this piece are also inlaid.
